Minority-Owned Small Businesses
Entitled: "PREPARING AND SUBMITTING GOVERNMENT CONTRACT PROPOSALS"
RGF Consulting Corporation (RGFCC) has been engaged by the U. S. Department
of Health and Human Services (DHHS) to conduct this training.
Attendance to this vital training is FREE because DHHS has prepaid your admission.
The Scope is to train Minority Serving Institutions and Minority-Owned Contractors
to become familiar with the processes and procedures associated with Federal
Government contracting and to identify and pursue contract opportunities with
DHHS.
The curriculum includes as a minimum:
- The evaluation and response to competitive solicitations;
- Request for Information (RFI);
- Request for Proposals;
- Concepts of Teaming and Subcontracting;
- Technical Proposal Writing;
- Crafting Cost Proposals; and the Source Selection Process (Includes practical
exercises)

- Interactive CD tool for preparing cost proposals with appropriate spreadsheets and
narrative instructions
- Technical Proposal preparation �real life� templates
- Structured templates for marketing to the government
- Certificate of Training and 16 CPE credits upon request from those who qualify

Senate Includes $250 Million for CDFI Fund!
Just a few minutes ago in a vote of 61-37, the United States Senate passed the
American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, which will provide $250 million
for the CDFI Fund. The House version of the legislation does NOT include the CDFI
